We are excited to be blogging — keeping you up to date with all of the latest news from Aimee g.
Aimee is currently designing her Spring/Summer ‘09 collection. She is drowning under piles of gorgeous new fabrics from organic cotton to 100% silk to her custom design prints. The new garments are inspired by the geometry in nature — giving flowing organic shapes a structure on the female form. Some of the colors being used are fresh, vibrant greens contrasting with deep, rich pinks.
This season Aimee is looking at garment dyeing — a process where the whole garment is dyed after construction. Fun!
We’d love to use this forum to hear any ideas or comments you may have about the Aimee g line — now is the time to have an influence in the design of Spring/Summer ‘09!

Aimee g’s line is happy, comfortable, refreshingly unique, figure flattering and timeless. Every time I wear Aimee g, I get compliments and inquiries. Last week a woman that I admire asked me about the skirt I was wearing and when I told her it was Aimee g, she said, “I heard about Aimee g, I love Aimee g! where can I get it?”
The clothes are fun to wear because they are made for adventurous women, not clothes hangers, truly different and full of unique details… pockets, buttons, tucks, trims and linings. Inside and out Aimee g loves and respects the fabric, fashion and fabulous women.

Got an amazing dress a while back that I wear on stage for music gigs.
It makes me feel amazing and colorful and adventurous and I want MORE MORE MORE!!!

Just want to say that I discovered your designs while in San Francisco and purchased two beautiful items from a store on Hayes Street. I had trouble limiting myself to just a dress and a skirt because EVERYTHING that I tried on fit beautifully and felt so comfortable. I feel like I am wearing Art. As a fellow designer (www.chandlerdesignbuild.com) I have great respect for someone whose vision is realized so wonderfully in her garments. I’ll be watching for what you come up with in the future.
