It’s been a while since we’ve posted news but hopefully it has been well worth the wait!

We’ve been busy putting Spring/Summer 2009 garments into production at the same time as starting to design the Fall/Winter 2009 line.

For the new season we have an idea that hopefully will inspire and connect our wonderful customer base around the country. Each season we will be including a short story on the hang tag of our best selling garment written by YOU. We would love you to share your stories and experiences of Aimee g. Tell us any kind of personal experience you’ve had (good or bad!)– wearing or giving Aimee g.

Please keep your story short- 50 words or less. We will post the additional stories on the blog. Please include photos too!

Aimee g Trunk Show

This July Aimee is headed to the West Coast to show her Fall/Winter 08 Line in person at the clothing boutique Tatters.

Tatters is located at 7605 SE 27th Street, Suite 105 Mercer Island, WA (map this). Aimee will be showing her line from from 10am to 5pm, Friday July 11th and Saturday July 12th. This is a great opportunity to meet Aimee and be the first to order your Fall and Winter Aimee g fashions. If you’re in the area, please drop by and say hello.

Welcome to the new Aimee g site!

We are excited to be blogging — keeping you up to date with all of the latest news from Aimee g.

Aimee is currently designing her Spring/Summer ‘09 collection. She is drowning under piles of gorgeous new fabrics from organic cotton to 100% silk to her custom design prints. The new garments are inspired by the geometry in nature — giving flowing organic shapes a structure on the female form. Some of the colors being used are fresh, vibrant greens contrasting with deep, rich pinks.

This season Aimee is looking at garment dyeing — a process where the whole garment is dyed after construction. Fun!

We’d love to use this forum to hear any ideas or comments you may have about the Aimee g line — now is the time to have an influence in the design of Spring/Summer ‘09!
